Performa Rough - If you need to practice in the rough, then this is a superb turf for hitting your irons and fairway woods. You create a practice golf mat, just like real grass, by filling it with sand and a rubber mixture. We supply the rubber compound and a turf rake. You supply the sand. You can adjust the fill level and mix ratio to customize the lie and feel. Then you can take a real divot without destroying the mat or damaging your club. The club head sinks into the rubber and sand mixture when you hit your ball.

This is the same turf used in Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers, the new Seattle Seahawks Stadium, and several other pro and college stadiums.
