Skillbuilder offers standard UPS/Fed Ex Ground Delivery within the continental US only. Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders, please call us at 800-580-4314 for shipping rates.
**Canada residents: Addtional charges for custom duties and/or goods and services tax (GST) will apply. Customer is responsible for obtaining a border broker agent for customs. For more information, visit Canada Border Services Agency.
Processing:
Your order will normally be shipped within 2 business days after placing
your order. Please contact our customer service department if your order
is being delivered truckline. Our representatives will be happy to assist
you in obtaining accurate delivery information and pricing.
Shipping Surcharge:
Some items may have an additional shipping and handling surcharge. (Please
refer to individual products for details)
Product Availability
Skillbuilder, Inc. strives to maintain availability of its products at all times.However, due to manufacturer's circumstances, we sometimes do not have certain items in stock or items appearances may change. Skillbuilder, Inc. reserves the right to subsitute a product that may be out of stock, discontinued, or changed, with a product of equal or similar value and performance at our discretion. You may always inquire of the product availability and description by calling us at 1-800-580-4314.
Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of the invoice date. If a return is
needed, please contact us for instructions and a return authorization
number. We charge a 10% restocking fee (with a minimum charge of $10.00)
for unused products and a 25% restocking and reselling fee, if the product
has been used. Incomplete returns will not be accepted. All returns
must be complete with all original accessories, parts, and packaging.
Custom orders and any orders that are cut for you are final. Warranty
replacement is available for defective products that are covered by
a manufacturer's warranty at any time during the warranty period. Customers
are responsible for all shipping fees which are non-refundable.
Should you need to return merchandise, please contact our customer
service department to obtain a RMA number. (return merchandise authorization)
Repack the merchandise and return it to the following address. Please
be sure to include the RMA number on the outside of the box to ensure
proper credit.

For your security, please return your merchandise with an insured courier
(e.g., Fed Ex, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Skillbuilder,
Inc. is not responsible for items damages or lost in transit.
If you are returning merchandise because it is damaged, defective,
or it was an incorrect product, Skillbuilder, Inc. will provide a prepaid
UPS return label.
